Many more fetaures in PTP 2.x are implemented in javascript.

To work correctly the (Flash version of a) tour must be delivered from a web server.

If you view the tour offline using the View last built tour button in PTP 2.x it is delivered via lightweight built-in web server.

Alternatively you can try viewing the HTML5 version of the tour.

Or use an offline web ssrver.

I believe Chrome may have additional 'security issues/restrictions' with running javascript offline.
.............
What plaforms would your clients wish to display offiline tours on?

Why do they wish to have offline tours?

I m interested in having a fix for this. I have clients requiring the virtual tour to be delivered on a DVD but when I try to open the floor plan it does not. Please suggest some fix.

Thanks but it works only in Mozilla Firefox. What shall we do for Google Chrome and Internet Explorer?

You need IE10 or later to view all features of PTP 2.x tours correctly. That means Windows 7 or 8.

Yes I m using Windows 8.1 with latest Internet Explorer. I hope anyone from developers would respond here.

@Kolor and @Experts

Please suggest how we can publish the virtual tour on a DVD so that floor plans and everything work. HTML5 is a good option but should be compatible with all major browsers as it is going to run from a DVD on client's computer. Please advise.

Problem is not HTML5 but security of browser with the javascript interface. Newest browsers have better security rules which can break javascript/html5 scripts on offline mode.
At this time the workaround is to :
- change Flash security rules on the target computer which read the tour. See here.
- or use a browser with less security rules in html5 mode. So Firefox with ?html5=always string added on the end of url.
