PTP 2.0 beta 4 - crashes with file import greater than 2GB

by Nick Hawkins » Wed Nov 20, 2013 3:10 pm

Repeatable issue (been seen since the early alpha versions). Importing a pano file that is greater than 2Gb in size causes PTP 2.0 to crash.

Which version of PTP 2.0 are you using now and on which OS.

What is your hardware spec.? RAM, CPU, disk storage, GPU card?

How large a file are you attempting to import?

What kind of fomat do you use ?
TIFF (how many bits ...), PSB, ...

Is your TEMP directory full ?
Go to Panotour > Edit > Preferences > Performances to check directory.

What is your platform, OS and memory used (CPU/RAM/GPU) ?

I've tested with a PSB of Paris 26 Gigapixels (2.5 Gb) and it's working.
