In fact Beta 3 was doing it wrong. With beta 3 version you was into a fallback case only with de Flash player, and Flash allowfullscreen from iframe.
Into Beta 4 you have to add the allowfullscreen="" tag to your iframe tag generated by FancyBox.
With Beta 4 all your HTML5 plugins will be living in fullscreen, but not with beta 3 (map, share, info ...).

It's one of the problem of the iframe tag. Basically it doesn't allow fullscreen, it must be forced.
