Could you please run PanotourPro in strace investigation tool using following command in a terminal?
Code: Select all
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/lib/PanotourPro/ strace /usr/lib/PanotourPro/PanotourPro

If you d'ont have strace installed, get it with:
Code: Select all
apt-get install strace

Once done please send support team an email with terminal output (tell support team it is adressed to ygilquin)
