Large Project Workflow?

by Dennis O'Hara » Thu Oct 31, 2013 9:33 pm

Hi All,

I am about to endeavor on a rather large project, at least for me. 60 Panos in 20 groups, at least 100 images. The project is a tour of multiple city parks. I would prefer doing them in one project, but, would it perhaps be better to do individual groups separately and link them by URL as separate tours.

I only have three groups now with 10 panos and my 16GB of PC memory is starting to get bogged down already.

Any thoughts would be appreciated ---- PTP 2.0b2 has been working great.

Thanks,
Dennis

I think I would choose to split it up.

You can also add lowres panorama and change them only into the Tour workspace before the final build to avoid lot of memory usage and accelerate startup.
But the build will still be long.
