We can't offer performance and plugins with transparent overlays under Flash player.

The only way is to avoid the use of HTML5 plugins (floorplan, panotourmaps, all the viewers, gallery, projection menu, panorama menu and description) or remove all transparency notions (alpha and rounded borders).

1. For transition, it exists but only for full 360*180 panoramas.
Partial panoramas as aerial doesn't have at this time.

2. It's a bug on animated hotspots, I report it (#2669). Thanks for report and video, that helps :)
