green frame after video loop

by raphael » Mon Dec 18, 2017 2:09 pm

Hello,

i'm a student from germany and i have to create a 360°tour for my university.

To create this tour, i use Panotour Pro. The Camera is the Ricoh Theta V.
Most of the panoramas are photos but i want to create a few videos.

My problem: after a loop you can see, most of the time (not at all), a green frame for a second.
I add an fade to black transition, so you can see the green frame definitely.

Can it be avoided?

best greetings

Hello and welcome to the forum,

Could you share the link or a screenshot of the issue?

There is an issue in the latest versions of Google Chrome adding a green line to the border of video hotspots and livepanos, which is a decoding issue, it may be related. Which browser are you using?
