Unzip a PTV file

by vista360chile » Mon Aug 27, 2018 8:56 pm

Hi Guys
Im dealing with a problem and i need your help.
Im using a video transition between panos. in order to do this i need to modify some lines in my index.xml file.
My problem is how to do this with my ptv file...
Someone told me to change the extension of my ptv file to zip... and then uncompress it. Modify the xml file, and the compress back, and finally change the extension back to ptv...
i did it in mac... and it doesnt work. Panotour viewer dont recognized the file!!
Any clue?

is there any direct way to play a 360 a video in panotour, and after the video ends load the next pano?
Regards!!

Hi.. You can use BetterZip. You do not unzip the file, you view it.. You simply edit the file and replace it.. I have a used it many times on my iMac...

For Video scene with next action, have a look to the Events plugins. The Call Actions On Tour Events plugin has a video scene end event which can be applied on a specific scene. The video scene should not be looped.
