see whole flat

by DarcTheo » Mon Aug 20, 2018 5:17 pm

In an older tour we used see whole flat which was a plugin, it now says its intergrated within the new updated versions. When using see whole flat it seems to allow you to pan around on mobile, it never did this before, it just locked the image on screen.

Why is it allowing me to pan about on screen even though its set to see whole flat and planar projection?

removed plugin. restarted software. put in 4 2:1 images and 4 360 panos. set the 2:1 to planar and took note of their IDs pano10 to pano13. Added this to scene specific on the seewholeflat. built it and it still just loads being able to pan around. sometimes the image isnt even central and you have to pan to find the image properly.

am i missing a step?

Sent you a PM with a link. it seems if you hop to the 360 and back to the flat image it works on my android. on IOS it locks the image off screen and doesnt work properly even after hopping between the 360 and flat.

Sorry for the delay.
The issue seems linked to the orientation change on a iOS device. The seewholeflat plugin seems to be not resetted.

Change the plugin events string into the YOURTOURNAME_skin.xml file
with this one (where "seewholeflat" is the plugin name) so the resize event will be used.

Code: Select all
<events name="seewholeflatplugevents" onnewpano="callwhen(area.pixelwidth GT 0 AND area.pixelheight GT 0, seewholeflatplugonnewpano() );" onresize="callwhen(area.pixelwidth GT 0 AND area.pixelheight GT 0, seewholeflatplugonnewpano() );" keep="true"/>

thanks, i will give this a try when i get the chance. quick work around was to make sure it started on a 360 rather than the flat image.
