I don't have one but I'm also interested in that answer. Does a tour work with the "go"? And if yes: is it smooth?
And if not: is there actually a vr-solution to view a complete Panotour-tour in a smooth way?

No need to do a specific export.
Just access the tour url into Oculus Go or directlty the tour url with ?vr to access VR mode directly.
Panotour doesn't generate Oculus application.
