Is that normal?

by danhsmile044 » Thu Jun 21, 2018 5:17 am

Hi there,

I haven´t been using panotour software too often, but now it seems that it does not allow me to enter fullscreen mode directly when the tour begins. If i add it through a button, by an action, it would do it perfectly or with double click also, but if i introduce an advance Call Actions on Events ( I just reinstalled them in case there is something happening with the new version) it does not work. Is that normal?

Yes, it's normal.

HTML5 does not allow an automatic Fullscreen.
It's for security reasons. To forbid a website to fake your desktop screen and to retrieve passwords and other private datas.

With HTML5 player, now, users have to react to enter fullscreen. By a click on a button for example.
