Blue Host viewing issue

I cannot view the tour from Blue Host.

I have created a tour and have uploaded it to a Blue host account. I can get all of the files uploaded, however when I use the html file to view it, It will only bring up a coded page. I have tried to open the files to shared files and placed them in a public folder, but nothing has been successful. So far, their support has told me to contact the tour developers.

I placed the same files on an amazon account and had it online in no time. So I went back into my Blue Host account and after enough tinkering could view it, but only if I were logged into the account and not using a different browser or device.

Has anyone else been through this with Blue Host or have a solution?
