blank preview in High Sierra

by magrittedeau » Fri Dec 15, 2017 8:48 pm

Hi,

I just upgraded my OS to High Sierra (10.13.1) from Mountain Lion. Now when I try to preview (View last built tour), the trigger opens a new tab but nothing shows up/blank screen. Anyone know what is this? I am using Chrome, before it was working well.

thanks,

Hi.. I have the same setup with no issues.. Perhaps make sure you update your graphic drivers.. Not really sure why you have the issue... Try another new quick build for testing..

Hi!

Did you alter the path to your images?

If there is no error message, then it means it is probably working. Try refreshing the page and see if that works. It can take a few seconds to load sometimes. Or perhaps rebuild the project. Perhaps, even re-export with a different web page template and see if that makes a difference.
