Custom orientation not taken

by Stefan1 » Fri Dec 15, 2017 6:21 pm

When I create a "custom picture orientation" when linking pictures in a virtual tour, sometimes the custom orientation does not work. The virtual tour gets built with the default orientation. It only happens for some connections and not for all. What am I doing wrong?

What do you mean by custom picture orientation? Could you please illustrate your issue?

Re: Custom orientation not taken

On the tour tab: When you "Add Point" to link two Panoramas, after adding such point you have to select the Panorama the point should link to on the right side. Then, on this right side, under "Go to panorama or a group" you can not only select which panorama, but also the orientation of the new panorama. The options are "Default target view" and "Custom view".

The problem:
After building the tour, sometimes the tour correctly displays the "custom view", other times it takes the "Default target view", even though a "custom view" was set. Sometimes it takes the custom view, sometimes it doesn't.

What am I doing wrong?

Same here, even if custom view is selected, it keeps showing the default orientation.

To set the Custom view shuld be enough just to rotate the pano orientation, correct? or there is a particular sequence of actions to make the orientation being saved?

The "orientation" is saved, but you changed the default target transition of the spot style to "Load panorama view".

Restore the default transition which is : "Load custom view"
