Add spacing/padding to classic control bar buttons?

by Treto » Thu Nov 23, 2017 1:53 am

Hello:

Anyone know how to add spacing/padding between the Classic Control Bar buttons?

I duplicated the plugin and renamed it, but can not figure out how to add some space/padding between the buttons.

Thank you.

Well I had to do some testing (which you could have done ;) )... Try this:

In the .tmpl file look for {% with button_width as button_offset %} and replace button_width with the pixel amount.

For example, {% with 50 as button_offset %}

Hi Annis:

Thanks for responding. Unlike a lot of users, I actually do testing before I post. :)

I had tried adjusting the pixel amounts in the tmpl file for button width, offset and background width on lines 8, 9 & 10, but no luck.

I missed the "button_width" on line 52.

I also tried adjusting the size of the icon files themselves.

You solution works. Thanks again.
