Using Hotspot to display video with control bars on ios

by WwCcSs » Wed Nov 08, 2017 1:42 am

Hello,

I'm using Panotour Pro v2.5.8 to create a tour and ran into a few problems.

I'm trying to use point hotspots to display videos as using the video hotspots blocks a big part of the panorama with a black box.
But using the point hotspot to display a video, i'm only able to play the video, and i can neither pause nor scroll the video. Clicking on the video only closes it. How do i add in the pause and scroll function?

Also, i'm unable to display the video on mobile. I've tried using mp4, m4v, mov and h.264 formats but all gave me "loading video fail" error.

I'm using it on ios devices.

Please send help,
Thank you.

Hello and welcome to the forum,

There are no video controls for the Display a video action.
You could use the Display a web video action, and upload your video on YouTube (unlisted). That way it'll load faster too.
