VRmode - remove button  [SOLVED]

by ccc23444 » Sat Oct 21, 2017 10:12 pm

When I enter VRmode by clicking the glasses-icon, I get this picture up.
download.jpg

A set of glasses with a panopreview.
I have to click on the panopreview again to enter the tour with VRgoggels

Is it possible to bypass this an go directly to the tour?

Best regards
Jesper

I think this is normal as you need to select the correct HMD (Head Mounted Display) before entering the tour. Makes a big difference selecting the correct HMD.

The preview and the button just makes no sense. You dont choose your HMD there. It is just a "Go-on" button
On the following screen you get to choose the HMD. On my phone the HMD is selected automatically (or from the last time i used it).

You can't skip the VR Mode intermediary screen, it's needed to launch the tour in fullscreen and activate any videos you have in the first scene so that you don't need to touch the screen for those videos to start, among other things.

If needed this screen can be customized with krpano code.
The code linked to it is into the YOURTOUR_core_vr.xml file. There is a webvr_enterbutton layer which contains the 3 layers for text, button and thumbnail with webvr.enterVR(); action.
