Is it possible to disable displaying hand icon when mouse hover over hotspots?

It isn't possible from Panotour, I don't know if it's possible from the xml I don't see any subjects on that matter in the krpano forum.

I do see questions about using a custom cursor but not disabling the hand cursor to keep the default arrow, so unfortunately I can't try to give you a direction to look in either, you should try asking on the KrPano forum.

There is a KRPano setting for this:

hotspot[spotname].handcursor -> true/false

You could manually insert the following setting to the relevant hotspot-definitions in the "Your-Project.xml"-file: handcursor="false"
Example hotspot definition (before edit):
Code: Select all
<hotspot name="spotpoint51"
           ath="31.482890" atv="-1.374046"

But these modifications get overwritten when you rebuild the tour, so make the change when the tour is finished.

To have the setting applied dynamically as part of the tour build process would require a custom plugin, feel free to contact me at any time for a quote.
