Hi

I was wondering if anyone knows of a platform that we can use on Gear VR to show a Panotour Pro Tour?

At the moment i use Gear VR with the Gear app switched off so i just see the tour using my normal web browser but i am looking to see if there is a platform that i can use to either create an app or that would allow me to upload my tour so that it can be seen on the Gear VR platform properly?

Thanks for your help.

Kind Regards
Justin

Samsung Internet APP now supports Panotour PRO Tours.
Just go to the web page and then plug the phone into the Gear.
Click on VR Mode button & enjoy.

Thanks for your reply.

Kind Regards

Hi Giech

I have just tried it and you are right it does now work, so thank you.

A couple of questions though:
The quality of the picture is poorer than when i switch of the Gear service and just access the internet normally.
The picture is also quite jerky using this method where its not quite as jerky using the standard internet app.
Also when i plug in the phone to the gear headset and then using the headset select the VR button, how do i gain access to the settings screen to select the gear headset as it seems to always default to the no distortion one and perhaps that is the reason for the above observations.

Thanks for your help.

Kind Regards
Justin

Hello,
I have the same request as justinmih.
I work with Panotour Pro and I would like to export my visits in headphone applications (Gear VR, HTC Vive, Cardborad ...) and impossible to find information and answers about it!
Will Panototour allow it in the future?
Thank you.
Frederic

It is extremely unlikely that Panotour will start creating apps, as it's an entire different domain from creating web pages (virtual tours).

Thank you Annis.
Do you have solutions to your knowledge to please us (Software, companies ...)
My customer requests are increasingly RV oriented with headphones!
(Excuse me for English with Google translation !!!)

I unfortunately don't have much knowledge about that area, as I don't create any apps myself.

So I don't know which tools or software for creating apps would be recommended beyond what my search results are after asking Google.
