radar not rotating

hello

i generate virtual tour with panotur pro 2.5.5 64 bits, i intergrate floor plan and radar on spot, while viewing the tour radar hotspot not displaying while playing first initial pano and after click on floor plan that hotspot radar display but its not rotating......

please help and guide

You mean it works now?
