Vr Mode don't work what we are doing wrong?

Hi every one, we add this feature for test in one of the panoramas but this don't work in mobile devices.
here is the link we activate all make all the posible actions but nothing happened. thanks.

You're missing javascript files in your uploaded tour:

Make sure they were uploaded and if not upload them.

Did you use PTP's FTP tool or a real FTP Client?

Hi Annis That is how the software give the files those are all the files that i recibe from the software.
but i re upload all the example to be shure, can you check again thanks.

If they are on your server, then check the file permissions and make sure they are accessible to the public, because they can't be accessed and come with a 404 error (missing file) when trying to be accessed.

If you want i can send the files to you, we try whit 2 different servers and have the same results.

I don't have a server to upload the files on to.
Check your file permissions, or contact support from whoever supplies your hosting to help you access the files.

Hi we find the problem, was so easy to solve, we are using a personalize template HTML from the las version of Panotour, we upgrade to the new templates and works perfect. thanks for your time.
