Fatal error - loading failed! (0) on chrome

Hi, I've create the folder that have all the things of my project, but when I try to see the project online with the html document, in chrome appears that there ir a fatal error and it says that the loading failed.

I don't know if it is a problem related with google chrome or if it is something that I have to fix in the project.

I am not a web expert and neither in the program panotour so, I will thanks a lot for your help and patience.

I have the same problem.
My tour don´t load in Chrome, but loads just fine in Internet Explorer.
I don´t know if the problem is Chrome or my tour?

I have the same problem.

ERROR: loading of ../html5/filename.jpg failed!

It loads fine in firefox but not in chrome and IE. Please help

Sorry, I can't share the link because it's for my institution use only. Someone mentioned that I need to enable CORS in the XML file. But the XML file is encrypted because I am using the Trial version. I want to make sure that this product works before buying it. Please help
