PTP 2.3. does NOT produce multiresolution

by frank007 » Wed Nov 11, 2015 5:39 pm

Hi Folks,
I have the problem that PTP 2.3.2 doesn´t produce muiltiresolution anymore. Just the "normal" tours. Do you have any idea what could be the reason? Of course I activated the option ;-)
Best...
Frank

What type of panos? Multires isn't supported on partial spherical panos.

Does Panotour detect them as such? ( in the pano properties)
What tells you that you don't have multi rez anymore?

Yes, PTP tells me that it is a full pano. And I see it from the file size and when I look in the subfolders

Have you built those panoramas before?
Have you tried building in a new folder?

Are you able to zoom in to the images when viewing the html5 version of the tour? (Add ?html5=prefer to the end of the url)
