In a tour made in version 1.8 the little planet opening projection looks as a sweep or fly by over the area. After updating the tour in version 2.0 the projection looks like a sweep in a straight line to the spot chosen.
This is the older tour: demo.kempesfotografie.nl/patrick
Is there a way to create the same effect using Panotour 2.0?

Thanks

Rene

It cannot be done directly throught PTP, but you can add a line in the file xx_core.xml to have this effect.
Just find the action named "tweennormalview" and add the following red line just after the beginning of the action :

<action name="tweennormalview">
tween(view.hlookat, get(panoview.h) , 3, easeInOutQuad);

Thanks Gerald but unfortunately the fly by remains the same.
This is the script including the extra line yoy suggested:
<action name="tweennormalview">
tween(view.hlookat, get(panoview.h) , 3, easeInOutQuad);
tween(view.fovmax, get(panoview.fovmax), 3, easeInOutQuad);
tween(view.vlookat, get(panoview.v), 3, easeInOutQuad);
if(panoview.fov LE view.fov, tween(view.fov, get(panoview.fov), 3, easeInOutQuad); );
tween(view.fisheye, 0.0, 3, easeInOutQuad,
set(view.architectural, 0.0);
set(view.stereographic, false);
set(view.pannini, false);
set(view.fisheyefovlink, 0.5);
events.dispatch(onPanoStart);
events.dispatch(onEndLittlePlanetIntroduction);
if (tour_firstlittleplanet,
events.dispatch(onTourStart);
set(tour_firstlittleplanet, false);
);
);
</action>

This is the link to the same tour in the 1.8 version: demo.kempesfotografie.nl/patrick18

Yes. The default view position is the one choose.
1. So do do this, keep in mind the Yaw value of the actual default and desired view once little planet effect is done.
2. Then set the default view of panorama to the little planet desired view.
3. Then into xml rather than use :
Code:
tween(view.hlookat, get(panoview.h) , 3, easeInOutQuad);

use the 1. saved value
Code:
tween(view.hlookat, YOUR_SAVED_VALUE , 3, easeInOutQuad);

Because panoview.h store the value of the default view.
