Which version of PTP are you using on which OS?

Can we see :

1. a screenshot of your build settings.

2. the URL for the tour (html file) that you say doesn't work on mobile devices.

Which mobile devices with which browsers have you tried?

Why are you using a domain name as a folder name?

I'd always recommend avoiding spaces in file and folder names and also to avoid using mixed case letters in names.

.......

What is the URL for the online tour that doesn't work?

Do you think that this might be the problem using spaces and case letters?

My url is :http://www.tururivirtualeprahova.ro/Clinici-medicale/Clinica-stomatologica-First-Dent-Ploiesti-c3.html

No - you "filled" the spaces with "-" . . so there is no space between the letters.

It works on the iPad simulation in Safari.

I have tried without spaces filled with "-" and it's still not working
It ask me for Adobe Flash Player

You said you uploaded the folder created when you build the tour.

What is the URL of the HTML file in that folder?

When you placed the tour on your web page you should have used an iframe referencing that HTML file - I can't see that you did when looking at the page source.

I tried it on my iPhone too: works . . . I suggest you check the build settings again carefuly and better use Flash AND html for building the tour . . .

As long as there is no empty space at all between words everything is ok.
