Hi,
I have two technical problems with PanoToure 2!

1) when i loading my tours in iDevices (iPhone, iPad or iPod), most of control bar icons (all off them, except the voice icon) disappears!

2) when i loading my tours (which generated by PanoToure 2) in iPad, i can't zoom in or zoom out by fingers! however it's possible in iPhone or in tours which generated by PanoToure 1.8.

there's an example: http://goin.co.il/VirtualTours/myflowers/

so, can u explain why and help me!

thanks in advanced..

Hi..

1... The controls are mostly not needed for devices so PTP does not add them for that reason, however you can hand code the xml to make them visible... but not the Arrows and not the Zoom IN/OUT I believe since you can use your finger to pan and use the pinch to zoom in and out..

2.. Not sure.. There should be some zoom using pinch, unless your device does not support the pinch.. In that case, you need to do the above...

When viewing using Firefox 26 on Windows 7 I see no control bar at all.

Perhaps I didn't wait long enough for it to load on a slow connection.

Trying again on Windows 7/64 and Windows 8.1/64 and Windows XP/32 systems I can now see the control bar.

I think I would expect the control bar on an iDevice to show only the speaker icon and the autorotation icon.

For the zoom you're probably into the max size of the panorama so the zoom can't be activated. Try to uncheck the "Limit to image resolution" into panorama properties.
