Uf, I understand just now that the code to publish the tour is now different. No available documentation yet. Now the SWF file is in the tourdata folder and out is only the HTML file. Which one of those files I need to add in the code?

I am not a web developer and others made my site. New tours doesn't work now on my site because the new tours have the SWF file in a subfolder now. I need to ask now my web master to change the code because it was automaticly set to play the swf file.
I will need to make changes.
Waiting for a replay!
Toni

The HTML file created by PTP 2.x incorporates the code you need to load a tour properly.

You could have your web developer simply access that HTML file using an iframe.

Can you explain me better, please. I want to understand also because I'm creating tours for other and I need to give them the exact instructions to load the tour. I tried now the old code (that loads the SWF file) but many features not working (floor plan, social share...).
http://www.8realestate.eu/premantura-munte/
That means it need to be done in a different way as you already confirmed.

I have a CMS where I can easy create a new page inside my site and test new tours. I need only to type there a code. But which code I need to use now?? What I need to write?

In fact the better way into a CMS is to store the VR online. And access it via an iframe.
For instance :
Code:
<iframe width="560" height="315" src="YOUR_TOUR_URL" allowfullscreen></iframe>

What is your CMS ?

That is working for a virtual tour that is already loading. I want to know what damn code I need to load the tour first time on an URL.

In my case, with PTP 1.8 this code will work:

Code:
<object height="100%" width="100%"><embed allowfullscreen="true" height="100%" src="http://www.8realestate.eu/MY_LOCATION /178virtual_tour.swf" width="100%"></embed></object>

What code I need for PTP2? I tryed with this to load the SWF but it does not work as I explained before. How to publish the tour now?

As I and Benji have tried to explain the HTML file that PTP 2.x creates contains all the code you need.

The simplest way to use that within an existing web site design is to use an iframe as we have mentioned.

Your web master/developer will understand that and the HTML file coding I'm sure, even if you don't.

........

Benji has asked which CMS you use...if you let us know he may be able to offer more precise advice.

Forgeth the design. That doesn't metter now. I am using a customized Flynax software: http://www.flynax.com/
I have functions to create new URL (new pages). It was easy when I was using the code I mentioned for PTP 1.8 but now I don't know anymore what I need to do. I have stored my tour in a directory on my server and now I want to load it in the URL I have created. Do you understand me now?

And how would work that iFrame in my case. Look how my tours are loaded. They are in the ads and if I use iFrame for a listing, it will load the full ad and not just the tour. Look an example: http://www.8realestate.eu/stanovi-u-ist ... ?highlight

I think that's perhaps that's a question for flynax support?

OK, yes. How to load them in my ads is for Flynax support. I agree and I will do that.

But my question has nothing to do with that. I am creating virtual tours for other also. I was always uploading the tour (PTP1.8) on my server in some folder and others load them on their web sites using the code I gave them. What code they need to use now?
That tours will be only stored on my server. I am not stupid when I have instructions but they are missing for PTP2.
I was using this instructions for PTP 1.8 and had no problem with that to upload a tour and load it myself where I want:

PUBLISH A TOUR WITH WHICH THE RESOURCES ARE ON ANOTHER SERVER

If you need to display a virtual tour on a website and host the resource files on another server or at another place on the same server, you can use the base attribute to define where the resources are, as shown below.

<object width="100%" height="100%"> <embed src="http://WWW.MY-DOMAIN.COM/VIRTUAL_TOUR/MY-TOUR.SWF" base="http://www.SECOND-DOMAIN.COM/MY-TOUR-DATA/" width="100%" height="100%" allowFullScreen="true"> </embed> </object>

Now the most easiest way is to add this code :

Code:
<iframe width="100%" height="100%" src="http://WWW.MY-DOMAIN.COM/VIRTUAL_TOUR/MY-TOUR.html" allowfullscreen></iframe>

I don't understand, that is not working for me. I will give you my exact data and you give me the right code (test on my site). OK?

My test tour is stored on my server in this folder: http://www.8realestate.eu/files/tours/ad178/

I have created on my site a new page and it's URL is this: http://www.8realestate.eu/premantura-munte/
I have now an empty box for that page where I need to write some code that will display the tour. Look my screenshot!
That is the place where I'm writing the code for tours created with PTP1.8 and it always works.
I don't know what I need to write now for tours created with PTP2.

Try to write in Source mode as the screenshot :
Code:
<iframe width="100%" height="100%" src="http://www.8realestate.eu/premantura-munte/" allowfullscreen></iframe>

That can't work because in the code is not mentioned where the HTML file is located on the server. Don't you think?
It seams I just don't know to ask the question corectly. And it is my bad that I don't know to use HTML and other codes.

I just asked a web developer to explain me and she said I need to use iFrame code but in the adress write the SWF file. OK, that is working but again not all functions are working (floor plan, social share, fullscreen...) What is wrong here??
I wrote this on my page:
Code:
<iframe width="100%" height="100%" src="http://www.8realestate.eu/files/tours/ad178/178virtual_tourdata/178virtual_tour.swf" allowfullscreen></iframe>

I tryed as you told me also but that is not working:
Code:
<iframe width="100%" height="100%" src="http://www.8realestate.eu/files/tours/ad178/178virtual_tour.html" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Is there anybody that can help me, please?
When will Kolor add instructions for web publishing to the documentation?

It's a work in progress task.

If you only call the flash file only desktop computer will be able to read the tour. Moreover all externals plugins as floorplan, panoramaMenu, panotourMaps, webViewers are not available.

OK, I understand that. But what is the right way? As I told you, if I write the second code you told me, the system show me an undefined page. Nothing displays that way.

Perhaps you should ask flynax support why their system doesn't seem to handle the iframe code correctly?

My software is working fine. It is something else I'm sure. Something that I don't know to explain better maybe and you can't give me the right answer.
I know a woman that is creating web sites and she also don't understand. I will send her now my tour and she will try to upload it on her server and make it works on one of her domains. Hope she will succeed.

Hm, I have edited the HTML file with dreamviewer and I added the exact location of the folder containing the tour on my server in every line where was neccesary.
I've wrote that HTML code in the page I've created: http://www.8realestate.eu/premantura-munte
And finally it is working by the HTML (as was told me to do). You can see the result. Floor plan and social share plugins are still not working!
Why I have this problem? When I use the "last build tour button" in PTP on my desktop all is working fine.
I would like to send my tour to someone from Kolor Team to check (it is only 35MB).

Yes you can to contact@kolor.com for benjamin.
You can use a service like wetransfert for that.

But if the tour is working with "view last build tour" option, the problem is linked to Web integration.

I've a problem with your tour :
Code:
404 Not Found - http://www.8realestate.eu/premantura-munte/178virtual_tourdata/178virtual_tour_messages_en.xml"

File which contains texts is never found for HTML5 plugins.

In fact line 213 of the KolorBootstrap.js into graphics directory this line must be updated :
Code:
ktools.I18N.getInstance().initLanguage('en', '178virtual_tourdata/178virtual_tour_messages_en.xml');

Because it calls xml from the current url rather than an external url.
- Your file is here : http://www.8realestate.eu/files/tours/a ... ges_en.xml
- Not here : http://www.8realestate.eu/premantura-mu ... ges_en.xml

Have you change xml/swf paths manually into the webpage ?

1) I have saved the tour on the server in location: http://www.8realestate.eu/files/tours/ad178/
2) I have created a new page inside my site and called it: http://www.8realestate.eu/premantura-munte/
3) I have manually changed adresses in the HTML file so it can call the tour from the location under point 1)
4) I have copy/paste the HTML code and put it in the page created in point 2)

I don't know to explain better. You can try Flynax software to understand how it works: http://realty.demoflynax.com/admin/

I need more help here. I asked a friend to ckech the tour on his mobile phone. He has an iPhone4. He can't see the tour and get some Fatal error message. Can somebody help me to check my tour on android and iPhone devices, please?
I am trying to get it work on my android Samsung Galaxy Young.

Waiting a replay!

Try to replace embedpano javascript code into HTML main page with this code where xml url is added, i'll test it on iPad after this modification :
Code:
embedpano({
   swf:"http://www.8realestate.eu/files/tours/ad178/178virtual_tourdata/178virtual_tour.swf"
   ,xml:"http://www.8realestate.eu/files/tours/ad178/178virtual_tourdata/178virtual_tour.xml"
   ,target:"panoDIV"
   ,passQueryParameters:true
   ,wmode:"opaque"
});

Done! You can check now. On my android I still see the same error:
FATAL ERROR:
http://www.8realestate.eu/files/tours/a ... l_tour.xml - loading failed! (0)

And I checked again all addresses in the HTML code and I found in one line that the last part has no extension. I certainly did not delete it, maybe accidentaly. Can you tell me if this is correct or is missing an extension on the end:
Code:
<object classid="clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000" width="100%" height="100%" id="http://www.8realestate.eu/files/tours/ad178/178virtual_tourdata/178virtual_tour">
