Use the Button or right-click (Windows) and choose the option to set the default view.

The orientation of the radar depends on two factors:

1.The Compass direction set in the panorama 3D editor - screenshot 1.

2. The offset set for the floor plan in the Project or Group Floorplan settings - screenshot 2.

You need to add a Text zone/description plugin (one or more) to your work space in the Style section.

You can then invoke the display of the description from a button on a Control bar, or via a hotspot, or a Simple button, or a Toggle button.

[Panotour Pro 2.0] Case study #5: University Campus | Fabio Musio photographer

http://www.100digitalcreativity.com/clients/OU/

we can see that the plan follows exactly the size of the screen

What should I do to it?

You need to check the parameter I've marked in the screenhot below:

Autorotation and Autotour are not the same thing.

You need to set to Autotour in Start parameters.

If you want the panoramas in a tour to autorotate and to move from one scene to another after a time interval then that's what Autotour does.

If you want autorotation of a pano but no automatic progress to another pano then that's what Autorotation does.

OK?

No, you cannot move the pano by dragging the radar with PTP 2.0.

Autotour includes autorotation.

I see no progression from scene to scene.

However it appears that PTP 2.x beta 5 does not honour the Autotour timing seting and that the interval between scenes varies very little if set to 10 seconds or to 30 seconds.
