Gallery (Simple Button) display?

by Dennis O'Hara » Mon Oct 21, 2013 12:59 am

I have a simple button set up to show a gallery. It works when I publish the tour locally, however, after publishing to a web server using the FTP option, the button will not invoke the gallery.

When I transfer the locally published tour using an FTP program (Filezilla) the gallery button works fine.
Any ideas?

Thanks,
Dennis

Into the generated files you can have a look on "data > graphics > gallery" directories for instance.

Elsewhere do you have an url with the "corrupted" ressources ?

URL with a camera icon near the control menu that doesn't work. This was FTP's by PTP 2.1

URL with camera icon that works to call gallery. - this was transferred by Filezilla FTP.

All the "lib" directory into duluthvirtualtourdata is missing. It's the problem.
Is it happening again after an new Panotour FTP transfert ?

If you use the project file manager see image below, is your "lib" directory red ?

Thanks for the help, I am going to cleanly re-install everything including PTP 2.1 and start from scratch. PTP is a great program and I learn something new with every step.

I will check the lib installation once things are rebuilt.
