Really new here, I would like to display a text when a hot spot is clicked but adding it in the "description" field nothing shows up.
As written in the documentation:

This field can be displayed in different ways. Even if description field is completed, [b]you may not see it appear[/b] unless you call it through an action. To learn more about actions, see Plugins in the Style tab. Description contains a built in WYSIWYG Editor that can customize and add HTML features to your text like:

If I check the available action I just find "Basic - got to panorama/group" and if I try to add a new one just get the same option.
Oh, I am referring to Pantour 2.5 (not the Pro version). Is this a limit of the normal version not to be able to add text info box?

Hi.. You should still have an option to add a Tool Tip.. With that, use HTML text formatting and you can then add multi lined text..

Yes, I have seen the tool tip field but is too little. I would like to display a nice personalized info box. Should I download some plug-in? Is this possible with the normal version of panotour?

You can still do it. And you can edit in the xml..

Just use html formatted text.. Your options are limited with PT..

I think that if I post en example it's better.
I simply need to show something like what can be seen in this tours:

an info icon that when clicked opens an info box that can be filled with any type of info in an easy, but most of all quick way. This info box wil have to be updated several times per month.

That's a PTP feature. PT is very limited. With the way I explianed, you can add an image too.

Yes agree. After some days getting familiar with PT I realized it's very limited.
Will have to go for PTP or keep using web platform like WI

PTP is by far the best option. Not only it has some great Plugins, you can learn the XML and customise features..

Using a WebSiteBox, you can add just about any media..

Hello can someone tell us how to create a text info box like in the example from PieroA. I'm using PTP 2.5.12 but I was not able to figure out how to set such a small info icon to display a text.
