Getting to 1500 members: some light relief

It is a perhaps typically English thing to do but I notice that this forum is getting close to 1500 members.

Shall we celebrate this milestone the same day as 1.4 is released?

It does say a lot for APP that members are joining up at quite a speed.

That's often the case in our neck of the woods - having a drink no matter winning or loosing So Alex can release 1.4 Final without worrying about upsetting our drinking habits!

Well, the second annual user group is upon us and, as of this writing, we have 1799 members. What would be a suitable reward for lucky member #1800?

I cheated! I saw the group was on 1799 and couldn't resist.

I was going to join anyway having just bought the Nodal Ninja II to go with my Nikon D200. I await my Epson SGPP roll to start printing my first pano.

I am off to London, it's my daughter's birthday and am choosing not to take my laptop with me.

Why say this? We are at 1997 members so we may get to 2000 while I am off-air.
