Autopano and Nikon Capture NX

Got some great idea or a feature request? Post it here and discuss it. The most requested concepts are usually implemented, as Autopano Pro / Giga is very community driven.

Autopano and Nikon Capture NX

by kevin9 » Sun Nov 19, 2006 8:35 pm

hi everybody
I've just downloaded the beta version for Mac OS, and I can't get panoramas rendered to open in Capture NX, running on Mac OSX v.4. I've tried saving panos in various file formats. Any ideas?
thanks in advance
kevin

Hi Kevin,

Lets just split your question in 2 parts.

1/Do you have any render viewing issue?
I mean can you get the render window and check that all is working fine
There is an issue on mac about this, on RC3, It needs to be fixed -
To be able to see render window running, workaround is to click on - main window / Batch renderer
As I posted here: http://forum.autopano.net/t947-beta-rc3-render-window-issue-on-mac

2/ As APP is making files recognized by PSD !!!
How can this happens for jpeg, tiff, png etc. files

Thanks for replying - We will help you out - as much as we can ;)

thanks beeloba
when I get time i'll check out the link.
Yes the render window works fine and the panos open perfectly in the Mac preview programme. The issue is maybe with Capyure NX. I still haven't tried it with Photoshop Elements.
Will get back when I find out more
