I am working on a shaky video with downhill bikes. I am aware of the problems that the bad sync and rolling shutter brings with that.
But when I look in the preview and compare it with the rendering a few minutes later it does something complete different in between seams and stabiliziation. Any ideas?
We are aware of an issue that looks like yours. This is basically because the way we handle the synchro is a bit different between the preview and the render. It will be fixed in a later release.
Indeed, this has not been fixed in the 2.2 but it will on a later release 2.X (not 2.2.X). However, there is sort of a workaround to get exactly the same stuff played in the preview and the render : Before playing the preview (before toggling the play button in AVP), make sure you hit the "go to the next frame" button s.t you can be sure that your preview starts to play at the beginning of a frame.
