Stitching problems with Kodak pixpro sp360 4k footage

I'm new to stitching and having stitching problems with my footage. There is a double image in the stitch line and I have no idea how to get rid of it.
I have played around with masks and blending but with no any acceptable results, could someone point what I could try next?
Footage is shot with Kodak pixpro sp360 4k and I'm using Kolor autopano video pro 2.6.
There is a Nvidia Quadro m2000m in my Win 7 Pro laptop with 32 Gb of memory.

What kind of FOV and lens correction settings do you have on the cameras? Do you also have AutoPano Giga that lets you change them? The default automatic stitching tends to give inconsistent results for lenses that have more than 180 degrees of FOV.
