Cannot Get AVP To Stitch Complete Sphere

by helensmeller » Thu Jan 21, 2016 6:55 pm

Hello,

I am very new to AVP and I have been trying to stitch a few videos and every time I try to, it does not make a complete sphere, it overlaps all 6 videos (and I do have 6 for sure) either into one image or into a strange shape, all with black areas where it did not fill with video.

Here is what's happening:

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks

Hello,

What RIG are you using? Do you have a good synchronization? Have you check the GoPro settings in order to have enough overlap? http://www.kolor.com/wiki-en/action/vie ... h_my_GoPro

Kind regards,
Olivier

That scene have too much black areas, with your rig go outside, shoot a scene that is all in sunlight and far from your camera, no near objects, and with no black areas, stitch, and then use that pano file has a templete for your inside shoot with black areas.

I figured it out! I was shooting in 16:9 and not 4:3, so the avp couldn't stitch any of it together properly.
