3D 180 Unwrapping with no Stitching

Hello, i had "stitched" a 3D 180 video from 2 cameras with 194º lens, the workflow i did was: i imported the 2 cameras in autopano video and manualy tell autopano giga the specs of the lens, then in autopanovideo i turn on stereo, one camera for each eye, and render side/side 7680x1920, then in after effects i crop the "black holes" parts of each 360 and make a 3840x1920 video, left half for left eye and right half for right eye, the output is OK, and play with nice stereoscopic 180º.
I tried to stitch them with "no Stereo" in autopano video but the app tried to stitch bluring the 2 cameras, i dont want them stitched, just unwraped, i want left part for left eye and right part for right eye, i also tried the crop feature in autopano giga but crop the whole video not the left croping the right side with black hole and the right croping the left part with black hole. Is there a better and faster way than render the whole 7K video and croping in pospro?. Thanks.

Why are you trying to 'unwrap' the video in the first place? And what do you mean by 'unwrap' in this case? Taking them apart so you have two separate videos? For that you would just need to render and crop, if I understand correctly. Whats the final product you are trying to achieve?

With unwrap i mean convert the eyefish lens 194º video to equirectangular for each eye, so i have a stereoscipic 180º equirectangular video SidebySide. Im trying to achieve this, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yjSxkej97lY, i did it but with the workflow i mention, i think this can be done with less steps/directly from videostich.

I have the iZugar Z6X3D-C rig, so far i made some nice 3D 360 videos, but because the limits of 3840x2160 of gearVR i try to make better resolution experience so i developed a 3D 180 player with unity for gearvr and i can get 2X resolution with the format i mention (3D180), a really better quality, than 3D and 2D 360 3840x2160, and i want to make a better worklow.
