New Oculus DK2 support (but ... Windows only??)

by IceBoxCake » Fri Aug 22, 2014 3:32 am

I've been using my DK2 on a Mac and while I appreciate the effort to create a Mac version of Kolor Eyes Desktop, the only reason I was going to use it was for the dedicated Oculus Mode button.

For days now I couldn't figure out why I was missing the button that would curve the corners of my video properly as shown on this page http://www.kolor.com/360-videos/oculus...

Which ^^^ uh, hmmm?? This is Mac OS shown here in the window.

...but I just found this blog post that very briefly stated "New Oculus DK2 support (Windows only)."

I'm also wondering this because the post says it's the final version?

Am I missing something?

Thanks.

The Mac SDK for Mac was realeased much later after the Windows one, on the same day that the new version of Kolor Eyes Desktop was released, in fact. A new version will be along soon, as soon as DK2 support has been properly integrated on Mac.

Just as an update, a new version of Kolor Eyes Desktop was released just now, which supports Ocukus DK2 on Mac.
