No; none of the mirrors has ever produced 360x180 FOV. The VFOV is always considerably less than 180.
You would need a multi camera rig to get close to 360x180 FOV video.

I have high hopes that the Ricoh Theta will announce a Mk2 with much better image quality and perhaps a 360 video option...
