I've never really truly understood the various blending options in APG. I've revisited one of my "Land Rover in the desert" 360 videos to see if I could fix/improve the parallax problems on the car close to where the camera was mounted on the pole.
Having played around with various settings (raising the threshold for discarding control points, setting "Multiple Viewpoints" on, playing around with blending options), it would seem that I can get a MUCH better result than this:
The issue here is obvious - the stitching issues around the corner of the car closest to the camera.
So my question is this:
Looking at the stitching issue with this video, what settings would you recommend I SHOULD be using for the stitching and blending options to improve this?
I'm processing another video right now and will get that uploaded later so you can see the improvements.
Your video: - smooth preset. I would have used hard for this case to get a better car. - you need a better blend on the sky to prevent the blacker part in sky compared to other gopro ( beta4 will fix that ).
