Kolor wrote to me in January: "We are discussing with the manufacturer to get a new Firmware as soon as possible. In fact, the actual Version of Panoshoot is working but it seems that there is a lack of tutorial in order to use it prperly, almost all customers are satiesfied."

Kolor want to know which Firmware is on my Panoshoot, and exactly the issues that i am experiencing.
I've wrote them, that they may have a look at the Forum to read about all the issues.

Panoshoot is a dead project - that's my suspicion.

As I wrote in other threads here. I'm also very disappointed with the Panoshoot module! It's at the point where I feel like I've been cheated!

No response from Kolor as the seller and no response from panoshoot.

The module is so bad and so uncomfortable to use that I just stopped using the panogear all together.

I want my money back!
Or a refund to buy a different controller

It's a lot of money to just 'forget about it'.

But if Kolor just keep ignoring us, what can we do? Is there legal action we can do?

for the panogear another tool is available - since Long time.
type & colours handcontroller: http://www.typeandcolour.de/index.php?ln=en&tp=hhc_home

recently I upgraded from panogeer to panoneed - and I still use my handcontroller (I had to send it to Josef @ typeandcolour and I got it back with a new Firmware...)

the device is not so hip, no wlan, no bluethooth, no builtin webserver... but what can I say: it does work in exact that way it is documented....

and to be honest, I never understood why kolor did stop selling the handcontroller from typeandcolour and replaced it with the panoshoot...

I experienced many difficulties getting the Panoshoot module operational. I now have stumbled onto a way to get it working.

Contact me by email - con22@bigpond.com - & I will send you a .doc which tells you how I did it.
