Hi,
I'm making an external battery pack for the Allview mount.
I'm going to use 4x li-ion batteries, so expected voltage range is 16.8v to 14.8v.
Should I connect it to the battery or the other port?
Does it matter? Is there a difference in voltage regulation depending on the port?

Thanks!

The best is to connect to the power port on the base of the mount.
This port is especially done for "external power supply"
Anyway there is no difference in voltage regulation!
Holding lipo batteries outside is also more safe in case of problems, you can just plug out the batteries.
You must allways disconnect or remove the batteries inside the mount when using the external power ...
