DayNight.jpg

This looks like a very nice plugin as I have very old (1800's) 360 panoramic views of our city which I want to mark up with text labels to show names of streets and buildings which exist in the modern day, and also buildings that are gone.
I create one panorama with a text overlay, and want to switch between them using a control button, to turn the labels on and off.

Does this work in PTP 2.5.9? The on/off control button does not show for me.

This is most likely an issue with the naming of the panos, can you please show a screenshot showing the panno names?

Ok, it has been driving me crazy! Thanks for the quick response.
1st pano: 1841 Samuel Jackson From Scots Church
2nd pano: 1841 Samuel Jackson From Scots Church 'by night'
I put them in one group, but that makes no difference.

The control button to switch between panos doesn't show.

Remove the single quotes from the panoname, they are required only for the identifying string :)

Thanks, but it made no difference.
I made only a small test tour with two panos the same.
I removed the quotes, the button still does not show.
1841 Samuel Jackson From Scots Church night

In the next step I also removed the quotes from the identifer - now just called night.

I can switch between the panos using the Prev/Next control bar and the lables turn on and off.
BUT, the Keepview function does not work. If I move the pano then switch Prev/Next, the second pano starts at the default position.

And nothing that I do can show the Labels On/ Labels Off button.

I don't think that this has anything to do with the platform the plugin is used on.
Obviously the usage is not as simple or "intuitive" as i thought it would be, or maybe the instructions are not clear enought, so i will look for a way to improve that.
In the meantime, please send me a copy of the "index.xml" plus the "index_skin.xml"-file and i will have a look and report back asap.

There is a new version available which eliminates the need to use quotes for the identifying string, i hope this solves the usage issues that have been reported so far.

Starting with V1.4 the identifier string has NOT to be enclosed in single quotes even if it contains blanks.

So the following settings should work:
Pano1: Tiergarten
Pano2: Tiergarten by night
Identifier: ' by night' but WITHOUT the quotes, they are shown here to highlight that there is a space in front of the first word ( by).
