Northern lights

by snaefell » Mon Feb 22, 2010 11:22 am

Hi,
after several month with very little or basically no activity, the sun seems to wake up again. Last week showed some very spectacular northern lights three days in a row - so strong, that it was again possible to shoot a panorama of it.

Not sure I'd want to wait months to see this, but truly spectacular, nonetheless. A stupendous image.

I haven't really been waiting for this for month. I am here anyway, so I can simply go out, when there is enough activity...
