Very nice, I am wondering if our travel is going to become more restrictive that will put some of these places out of reach in the near future? Those hills are the steepest things ever,I can't imagine climbing them as they are practically vertical. very interesting!
Beautiful photos. Really unique scenery. Almost like Bryce 3D. CAN you climb any of the hills? Guilin was on my long list, but ultimate travel costs made me remove it. You are lucky to visit.
I will be mostly in Guizhou County (south, towards Nepal), and Xinxiang County (west, near Kazakstan).
A forum question: When shooting nature/scenery, how many people use a polarizer filter? (I usually do, and I am concerned if I buy a Canon G10 "compact", it does not seem to be able to accept ANY filters [although I think I can "barn-job"/scotch tape filters to the front]).???
