Almond blossoms

by timpdx » Mon Feb 20, 2006 10:25 pm

Wow, trees are tough to stitch when there is a breeze. Had to work on this photo manually to get rid of ghosting from the branches moving, I know APP did its job well, but at the tops of the trees the branches moved a few inches in both directions.

It is very cold in California now, but last week temperatures were at record highs setting the blooms off very early.

Nice lines and shapes. When the blossoms get more color then it will really be something special.

This photographer has some photos of this as well www.adunnphotography.com
