Save Geolocalization back to image

by JeremiahPoling » Tue Nov 04, 2014 9:00 pm

I would like to be able to save the lat\long that I added in panotour back to the original image, so that if I have to rebuild a tour or use an image in a different tour, I won't have to enter it again.

You can add Geocoded data into your images with RoboGeo (including into RAW files like .cr2) http://www.robogeo.com/

It will let you batch (merging images with .gpx track logs) and manually add the data.

I know it's clunky to go outside of Panotour to do this, but once the data is written into the equirectangular, you can just drop into Panotour and it will recognize the lat/long (and possibly orientation if you include that)
