My client had the wonderful idea of adding 6 flat images to his virtual tour.

At the moment I am trying to add them with Photoshop, but it is painfully slow.

Does anyone have a work flow that could expedite the process?

At the moment I am placing the images in Photoshop then saving the Panorama. Opening the Panorama in PTP seeing that it is not level, then editing it again in Photoshop.

Is this the only way?

I thought about adding the images to the photos before I make the Panorama but I took the Photos with a fisheye so not much help there.

Would love to hear other peoples work flow when placing flat images on a Spherical Panorama.

Regards,

Did you consider using Picture hotspots:

Unfortunately I did consider using the Picture hotspots.

However he also wants to use the panorama for printed purposes, and as far as I am aware you can’t export the Panorama with the Picture hotspots embedded from PTP?

Unless I am missing something as usual, my wife is always telling me I can’t see the forest for the trees.

Regards.

I don't know how much it's worth to you - cost vs. time - but you could consider using the pano2VR patch tool:

Thanks Mediavets.

After spending too long trying to place them in Photoshop, I bought Panoa2VR and within two hours I got the results I was looking for.

If anyone from Kolor is reading this. It would be a nice feature to add to PTP.

Regards,
