101 Panotour - problème d'export

by eric_5dmk2 » Thu Mar 14, 2013 9:29 pm

Bonsoir à  tous,

je viens d'acquérir Panotour & découvre donc ce logiciel qui semble excellent;

INFO: Panotour Pro Version 1.8.0
INFO: krpano PT 1.7 (build 2012-02-20)
INFO: Flashplayer MAC 11.6.602.180 PlugIn
INFO: registered to: xxxx
ERROR: download of "__________/salon_p0/preview.jpg" failed
ERROR: download of "http://______________/graphics/strap.png" failed
ERROR: download of "http://______________/graphics/menu/menu2.png" failed
ERROR: download of "http://______________/graphics/menu/menu0.png" failed
ERROR: download of "http://______________/graphics/menu/menu1.png" failed

Après vérification, les fichiers sont bien présents sur mon serveur.

Si vous avez une idée, je suis preneur.

D'avance merci

éric

Check file permissions.

Can you provide a link to the tour online?

It is a file permissions problem - the files are present but the permissions are not set correctly - see screenshots below:

Hello & thank you for your post;
How can I change the permissions?
Is it an option in Panotour?
Do you know why I have this problem? I've been using another soft to create my tour & never had this issue.
Regards

It is nothing to do with Panotour; the file permissions are set on the Web server.

You can use an FTP program to change permissions.

What operating systenm are you using on your local computer?

What hosting service are you using? I seem to recall some people hacving this issue with particular Web hosting services.

How did you upload the tour files to the Web server? I seem to recall some poeple having this issue with particular FTP programs.

Mac OS 10.7
I've first uploaded my folders & files using Cyberduck;
I've then switched to the option available within Panotour.
My site is hosted by OVH.
Let me try another hosting service (hence, my ISP).
