Best regard.

By building a virtual tour, and append a floor plan, it appears in implementing constructed see last view. But when run from the HTML file, the floor plan does not appear. Neither appears when the HTML is mounted on the final page. Few days ago I sent the question to your support group, to which I have referred to the FORUM, and FAQ, but some say that there pluguins like floor plan, not seen when the HTML file directly ejucuta. The problem is that it is not running or when mounted directly on the final page. I've seen the tutorial videos on how to attach the floor plan, and is exactly what I'm doing. so much so, I repeat again, when I run last made with see view, the plane appears, but then no. It is a program error. I must do something further? thank you very much.

You seem to be trying to display the tour in a lightbox - I think that's the problem. You may have noticed that fullscreen function doesn't work either.

The best way to add a tour to a page is to use an iframe:

It could then be sure that my client can access its route with the map if assembled not as a light box if not in the manner indicated in the Link and there is no problem with the software at the time of the virtual tour? thank you very much.
