The best solution is to upgrade to PTP 2.x which offers much wider support for mobile devices.

Alternatively you can experiment with updating krpano in the tours created with PTP 1.

Or you could export your krpano licenses from PTP 1.8 and using the latest versions use krpano toolls droplets to create simple tours that should work on many Android devices.
